2007 SURF BEACH ACTIVITIES CALENDAR
The following are state approved events, club and other, for Surf Beach. Updates will be posted on this site. Basically, all are weekend events when beach access is in high demand, so plan accordingly. The Pro contest in September at Lower’s is shown because there is a lot of parking spillover from that event.
All current club members will recieve an entry form for the main surf contest and a Luau ticket application form. Both events are subject to first come, first served, so be sure to sign up early if you're interested.
If you are interested in the Volleyball events, please see Val Hying at the south volleyball courts. For the horseshoe tournament, contact John Vetter at Old Mans. And for the team challenge, look for Charlie Z just about any day between bathrooms 4 and 5. Any of the club board members will be happy to point you in the right direction if need be. (A list of the 2007 board will be posted soon along with the general area where they park)

Also, please remember that any events or group gatherings of 20 or more people do require a permit from the state parks dept. Contact any of the Park Rangers if you have any questions or are planning an event.
